Whether you are ordering prescription treatments following an online consultation, or over-the-counter products, your parcel will be shipped securely from our UK-based, GPhC-registered pharmacy.
Get your treatment at your preferred location with our tailored delivery options
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents or reference to WebPharmaHub. This ensures your privacy is protected at every stage of the delivery process.
You will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel's progress on the Royal Mail website or via their app.
If you miss your delivery: • A calling card will be left with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot • You can use Royal Mail's Redelivery Service or collect from a Local Delivery Office
While most parcels arrive on time, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees (except for Special Delivery). WebPharmaHub is not liable for delays caused by courier disruption, weather or other external factors.
If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact our team so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We currently only deliver within the UK. We cannot fulfil international orders due to UK medicine supply regulations.
